– they’re forecast to deliver around two-thirds of the new projects or the resorts over the next few years.
3-Then I look for the right location within that suburb. Some livable destinations will always outperform others and in those destinations, some properties will always be more desirable than others and outperform as investments by increasing in value.
4-Then within that location, I choose the right property, And finally, I only buy at …
5-The right price. I’m not suggesting you look for a “cheap” property – there will always be cheap properties around in secondary locations. I’m suggesting you look for the right property at a good price. ✌️👈
